Our company is proud to have handled the complete production and projection systems for the prestigious event where Hon’ble Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta inaugurated the Aam Mahotsav in Delhi. We were responsible for managing and executing the entire technical setup for the Digital Mahakumbh Experience Centre. Our scope of work included complete integration of audio-visual systems, interactive displays, LED screens, sound systems, lighting, and other essential technical infrastructure required to create an immersive and engaging visitor experience.

Aakash Champions

The Aakash Champion Event is a celebration of excellence, dedication, and academic achievement. Organized by Aakash Institute, the event honors and recognizes the outstanding performance of students who have excelled in competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and other national-level assessments.

DWARKA EXPRESSWAY INAUGURATION

The Inauguration of the breathtaking Dwarka Expressway by the esteemed Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, was a momentous occasion. This elevated eight-lane access-controlled expressway, a pioneering project in India, boasts an array of impressive features including tunnels, underpasses, flyovers, and elevated structures. Projection Systems played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the event, adhering meticulously to the protocol established for the Prime Minister's engagements. We provided comprehensive event support, offering top-of-the line LED screens and sound systems, facilitating the Prime Minister's address to the nation.

75^th REPUBLIC DAY

Republic Day is a prestigious national event characterized by a ceremonial boulevard stretching from Rashtrapati Bhavan on Raisina Hill to India Gate. Hosted by the President of India, it features grand parades and cultural celebrations. We are deeply privileged to have contributed to this significant occasion, providing an array of services. Our involvement ranged from the installation of large multiple LED screens to the deployment of multiple consoles adept at seamlessly managing live feeds from various angles and perspectives. This was meticulously synchronized with the broadcast team of Doordarshan, ensuring a flawless and captivating viewing experience for all attendees and viewers alike.

VIBRANT GUJARAT SUMMIT 2024

Excitement reverberates as we proudly unveil our role incrafting the immersive tech and visual spectacle at the Grand Vibrant Gujarat Event 2024, held from 11th to 13th Jan. At Projection Systems, our dedicated team poured heart and soul into making this event truly extraordinary.

AYODHYA’S RAM KI PAIDI 2023

We are immensely proud to have been entrusted with the prestigious opportunity to curate live AV (Audio-Visual) shows at Ayodhya's Ram Ki Paidi. Our involvement encompassed the comprehensive orchestration of every aspect, from conceptualization and content development to the meticulous handling of all technical elements. This included the implementation of large-format projection mapping, intricate animation, precise sound engineering, sophisticated lighting arrangements, and the seamless integration with the surrounding water body infrastructure. Our team at Projection Systems spearheaded the execution of this project with unparalleled dedication and expertise, ensuring a truly immersive and unforgettable experience for all attendees.

G20 SUMMIT

At the heart of the monumental G20 Summit in South Asia, we stood as the driving force behind the scenes, managing every technical aspect with precision. From the dazzling LED displays that lit up the grand stage to the seamless orchestration of event production, our team dedicated two relentless months to craft a spectacle that would be etched in history.

BHARAT MANDAPAM INAUGURATION

In the inaugural event, the Ministry of Culture showcased several cultural performances by artists from across the country. 28 spot performances were showcased featuring various tribal art forms of the country, creating a carnival-like atmosphere. The Convention Centre is a magnificent architectural structure built to host important conferences, conventions, large-scale international exhibitions and trade fairs.

KARTAVYA PATH

The historic Rajpath was also renamed as 'Kartavya Path' ahead of the inauguration. As Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the revamped Central Vista Avenue, history will remember the day for one more reason..

GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY UP @3.0

The State government organised much-awaited third ground breaking ceremony. In this, the foundation stone for 1406 projects with maximum investment of Rs.80,224 thousand crore is being prepared. The event was graced by Honourable Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi, other Central & State ministers along with business tycoons like Gautam Adani & Kumar Mangalam Birla.

Regional Conference on Access to Legal Aid in the Criminal Justice System - ‘Africa and Asia - Pacific sub-region’ of Global South

The National Legal Services Authority facilitated the services of interpreters in Russian, French, and English, along with essential logistical arrangements, for the Regional Conference on “Access to Legal Aid in the Criminal Justice System” for the ‘Africa and Asia-Pacific sub-region’ of the Global South. The event was held on 27th and 28th November 2023 at the Supreme Court of India.
